SDO personnel capacitated on QMS process flow, QCP

Aimed at capacitating personnel of SDO Masbate City along the significant aspects of Quality Management System (QMS), a two-day workshop on the development of process flow and Quality Control Plan (QCP) was held at SDO Masbate City Conference Hall, Dec. 12-13, 2024.

Serving as facilitators were the two Public Schools District Supervisors (PSDSs) from Camarines Sur Division namely Sirs Jodel Napire and Reynaldo Briguel and EPS Science Jemnah Macabe.

Managing the said workshop were PSDS Nathan Campo, QMS representative and PSDS Rosa Cañezal, QMS deputy representative.

The participants were tasked to prepare process flow and QCP in their respective units and they were made to present their outputs before the big group for critiquing. ASDS Joy G. Cabrera took charge of the critiquing of the outputs presented by the participants.

SDS Nelson S. Morales Jr. along with ASDS Cabrera, CID Chief Francy Valdemoro and SGOD Chief Gregorio Legal attended the said activity.

Health Nutrition Unit holds catch up meeting

To address key issues, provide updates, and realingn efforts toward achieving the goals of School-based Feeding Program (SBFP) for 2025, a Catch Up Meeting was held at SDO Conference Hall, Dec. 17, 2024.

Said meeting was participated in by school heads, SBFP coordinators and DO personnel.

Following were the HNU personnel who facilitated the conduct of the Catch Up Meeting Nurses Rosalie Presado, Gladys Lozano, Kathleen Dela Rosa, Rhoda Estoquia, Jane Tamayo, and Dr. Dictador Porcadilla. They were assisted by Nurses Francis Lyndon Francisco, Jennifer del Prado, and Dr. Jerry Colambot.

Present during the opening program were EPS Science and OIC of the Division Jemnah Macabe, EPS-OIC of SGOD Marcelino Ibanez, EPS Ana Ferrer, and EPS II Sandra Mijares.
