Education as a human right has always been anchored to civilization as one indicator of progress in every country. Truly it is wealth of every humankind as their means to better their lives specifically some parents who consider it as their legacies to their children.
As to the present status of the educational system in the Philippines is in progress, the teachers do believe that it will bring better changes to the learnings of the clientele despite of all the problems that they encounter. There are a lot of factors affecting the performance of the learners in the teaching-learning process specifically lack of classrooms, textbooks, facilities and other learning materials. To create an effective classroom-learning environment together with instructional materials such as devices which is one of the factors in facilitating learning and the physical condition of the classroom, teachers especially those teaching in far-flung barangays find resources to illustrate complex concepts in their lessons.
The Philippines is one of the countries that already implemented the Enhanced K to 12 Basic Education that gives importance to the development and utilization of technology and general education as one of the tools to reach the pinnacle of success and as a response for global competitiveness. The new curriculum has a vast mission and objective to bring the nation to the pedestal and cope with the challenges of time.
