MNCHS SPA Coordinator

Celebrating three fulfilling years as the SPA coordinator and one of the section advisers for Grade 7 in the curriculum. At first it was tough but coming from the same curriculum during my high school days, I embraced the challenge to accept it, I was determined to change the perception that SPA students are difficult to manage.
Dealing students with different inclination is an experience brimming with unique challenges and profound rewards. The joy in this journey lies in the ability to witness their growth, nurture their potentials, and create an inclusive environment where every student feels valued and empowered.

One of the most gratifying aspects of cultivating the passion of SPA students through the arts is the opportunity to form deep and meaningful connections. These students often bring unique perspectives, challenges, and learning styles in the classroom. By investing time in understanding their individual needs and building trust, teachers can create a strong foundation for learning. The smiles, the hoorays, small victories, and the trust SPA students place in their educators are priceless rewards that affirm the significance of the teaching profession.
Every achievement of an SPA student, no matter how small it may seem, is a testament of their resilience and the dedication of their educators. Whether it is mastering a new skill, expressing themselves confidently, or showing improvement in behavior, these moments are milestones worth celebrating. The joy of seeing students overcome obstacles, thrive academically, and grow socially is unmatched and serves as a reminder of the profound impact of teaching.
I do not claim to be the sole reason behind their accomplishments. I simply see myself as a guide inspired by my own journey and experiences, I deeply value the recognition and gratitude expressed by their parents, their heartfelt “thank you” serves as the motivation to continue the work I have started.
