The human resources play a big role in the success of an agency. It is more like getting people at the right job. Often than not, agencies particularly the Masbate City Division is always making ways to ensure that in the deployment of new teachers, they possess proper skills to carry out the department’s mission and vision.
The Teachers Induction Program is one of the tools that will simply provide training and support to the enhancement of teachers’ capability to perform this duties and increases more of his productivity as service provider in their respective schools.
Hence, last July 3 and 4, 2014 the Division of Masbate City conducted the Teacher Induction Program at the Office Conference Hall. This comprehensive program run for two days and was participated by some hundred thirty (130) entrant teachers from both elementary and secondary schools of the division. Scope of the training was focused more on the personal development and welfare of teachers. Discussion of the topics was highlighted much by the invited speakers who mostly came from the private professionals who excellent in their crafts, other government agencies and likewise, from among the Education Program Supervisors of the division who made a very significant impact to the success of the training as well as learning of participants.

Participants were greatly honored by the presence of the resource speakers, worth mentioning was SDS Nene R. Merioles. Somehow it was a rare opportunity for them to have interaction. She made an exciting and fun learning of the topic “ DepEd Program and Projects”.
The Team Masbate City Division, particularly Human Resource Office, is very much inspired of the success of the TIP 2014, thus we are bringing more programs such as this soon. See you there…!!
